The Discovery Museum offers a variety of amenities to accommodate a full experience. We believe that accessibility to all of Discovery’s exhibits is a key component of facilitating STEM exploration!

The Discovery Museum features ADA compliant accessibility to all of its galleries, including the Henry B. duPont III Planetarium, and Energize CT Theater. An elevator to access all 3 levels inside the Museum, and access ramps outside are available to all guests. We offer a semi-private room on our main level to serve as a quiet space when needed. Changing stations are located in the restrooms on the Upper and Lower Levels. We encourage guests to bring a bag lunch and/or snacks! A dining court is available with tables and chairs and a lovely view of the ropes course at The Adventure Park (vending machines with soft drinks and light snacks are available).

We are happy to accommodate additional needs to the best of our abilities.

For special requests, please contact Guest Services at x125, or info@discoverymuseum.org.
