Students will observe the weather outside and talk about different features of the weather including temperature, precipitation, and wind. We’ll talk about temperature and precipitation and how they’re related and can help us identify seasonal change. We will observe the effect of light and heat on different materials and design structures to reduce the heat on an area. Students will make their own handheld fans to circulate heat energy.
