You are invited to join Discovery Museum staff, along with artists, musicians, storytellers and performers, for Bridgeport's first ever First Night, a New Year's Eve celebration of arts and culture.

The fun will will take place throughout the evening on December 31st at 14 different downtown Bridgeport locations, with family-oriented activities running from 4 to 7 PM.

Discovery staff will be setting up an inflatable planetarium, known as Star Lab, in one of the Barnum Museum's galleries, and will be offering star shows and crafts from 4 to 8:30 PM. In addition, family- friendly activities such as hat & mask making, drumming, storytelling, mime and juggling performances will be offered a various downtown sites.

Admission buttons can be purchased at the Discovery Museum as well as other downtown locations at a cost of $7 for adults and $1 for children.
